From May 19th to 21st, we had the pleasure of participating in the 2025 edition of the London Wine Fair, one of the most important events in the UK wine industry, held once again in the iconic setting of Olympia London.
It was a special edition for us at Cantina Le Carezze, as it marked our very first time attending the fair through our UK branch, E-Winery UK, our point of reference for promoting and distributing our wines across the United Kingdom.
Over the course of the three-day fair, our stand hosted numerous tastings and meetings with buyers, restaurateurs, sommeliers, and wine lovers — all united by their curiosity about our region and our wines. In particular, Dioniso, our reserve wine made from Palava grapes, attracted considerable attention for its elegance and authenticity, winning over even the most refined palates.
The London Wine Fair once again confirmed how knowledgeable, attentive, and increasingly interested the British public is in high-quality wines rooted in territory and crafted through sustainable production. Through E-Winery, our goal is to build a direct bridge between our winery and the UK market — guided by transparency, passion, and long-term vision.

Dal 19 al 21 maggio abbiamo avuto il piacere di partecipare alla London Wine Fair 2025, uno degli appuntamenti più importanti per il mondo del vino nel Regno Unito, ospitato come sempre nella suggestiva cornice dell’Olympia London.
Un’edizione speciale per noi di Cantina Le Carezze, perché per la prima volta abbiamo preso parte alla fiera attraverso la nostra filiale E-Winery UK, il nostro punto di riferimento nel Regno Unito per la promozione e distribuzione dei nostri vini.
Durante i tre giorni della fiera, il nostro stand è stato teatro di tante degustazioni, incontri con buyer, ristoratori, sommelier e appassionati, tutti accomunati dalla curiosità verso il nostro territorio e i nostri vini. In particolare, grande attenzione è stata riservata a Dioniso, la nostra riserva da uve Palava, che ha saputo conquistare i palati più esigenti per la sua eleganza e autenticità.
La London Wine Fair ci ha confermato, ancora una volta, quanto il pubblico britannico sia attento, preparato e sempre più interessato a vini di qualità legati al territorio e a una produzione sostenibile. Attraverso E-Winery, il nostro obiettivo è quello di costruire un ponte diretto tra la nostra cantina e il mercato UK, con trasparenza, passione e visione a lungo termine.
