Vines classified as resistant to late blight, oidium and botrytis, it does not require phytosanitary treatments (including Sulphur and copper-sulphate). The grapes, slightly dried, used for this noble sparkling wine, has transferred aromas of tropical fruits, pleasantness and structure, with flavor and freshness.
