Golden color and fine perlage. A traditional method sparkling wine whose grapes undergo light drying. The months on the lees give this wine notes of ripe fruit (pear, apricot, and citrus).
On the palate, freshness and persistent fruit flavors with hints of dried fruit and nuts.

Red meat, fish (especially “Baccalà alla Vicentina”), mature cheeses.
