Cabernet Eidos is a grape variety resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew, needing 70% less chemical treatments (including sulphur and copper). Following a light withering of the grapes and a gentle pressing, we obtained a highly delicate free-run must with a coppery-pink hue. Its crystalline freshness intertwines with elegant hints of small red berries and rose petals.
