Enjoy the reading!

“Merlara Malvasia
“Diana 2017”
Sergio Moro, the owner of the restaurant “Aldo Moro” of Montagnana, is a very charming person with whom I thoroughly enjoy having a chat everytime I get the chance to visit, even if it is just for a coffee.
He developed a strong propensity for wine, like those produced by “Azienda biologica LE CAREZZE”, a new emerging reality in the DOC Merlara area.
I was able to try multiple times the 2017 Pinot Grigio “Jupiter” which has a very intense spiced aroma and a crunchy mouthfeel, while at the same time having fresh, dry and rich qualities. The Merlot presents itself with small fruity notes to the nose, but then follows with hints of leather and woody notes.
At a dinner on November 5th I got to experience the Merlara Malvasia “Diana” 2017, which was the wine that impressed me the most. An aromatic wine mastered by balance is simply delightfulness in a sip. They will be famous!

Fame is on the way!
